Kids Printmaking Camp | July 21-24 | 1:00 to 2:30

Over the course of four fun sessions, students will explore different printmaking methods to create their own original artworks. Each class will focus on a method of printmaking and a specific theme or master artist. Activities will be adapted according to age level, allowing all students to partake in the fun. All supplies provided! Ages 5 to 12.

Session 1: Monotypes: Students will learn how to create their own colorful monotype prints using ink, a variety of tools, and the printing press.  

 Session 2: Foam printing: Students will be introduced to the concepts of relief printmaking using foam board and colored inks  

 Session 3. Collagraphs : Students will create their own collagraphs by collaging materials onto a printing plate, applying ink and printing them with the printing press.

 Session 4: Rubber block printmaking: Students will use rubber blocks and carving tools to create an image in black and white or color
